Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Aenon Card (“Aenon”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a trading name of Apex Development Technologix Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under Certificate No. 77764457-000-02-25-3.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Aenon’s software products and services, including the Aenon wallet accessible via Telegram, and any virtual payment cards issued through licensed third-party partners (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “User” means any person who accesses or uses Aenon’s Services.
- “Wallet” means the non-custodial digital wallet provided through Aenon’s Telegram application, enabling Users to manage supported digital assets.
- “Card” means the virtual or physical payment card issued through licensed third-party providers.
- “Digital Assets” means the supported stablecoins USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin).
- “Third-Party Providers” refers to licensed and regulated financial entities that issue payment cards or process transactions on behalf of Users.
- “Fees” means any applicable service fees charged by Aenon as specified in these Terms or within the application.
3. Nature of the Service
Aenon provides software-based, non-custodial fintech solutions that allow Users to manage digital assets and access virtual payment cards.
Aenon is not a bank, financial institution, or cryptocurrency exchange, and is not regulated as a financial service provider.
We do not hold, store, or control users’ funds, nor do we process transactions on behalf of Users.
All payment processing and card issuing are performed by licensed third-party partners. Aenon serves solely as the technological interface enabling access to these services.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Create and access your account through Telegram.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities performed through your account.
Aenon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
5. Use of the Services
Through the Aenon platform, Users may:
- Deposit USDT or USDC into their Wallet.
- Transfer funds from their Wallet to their Card.
- Withdraw funds from their Wallet.
- Perform swaps between USDT and USDC, or between supported blockchains.
Aenon does not provide features to purchase or sell cryptocurrencies with fiat currency.
Aenon does not offer investment products, financial advice, or yield-bearing services.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Aenon’s Services to engage in or facilitate:
- Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions violations.
- The purchase of prohibited goods or services (e.g. weapons, drugs, or gambling).
- Automated, commercial, or bulk activity without prior authorization.
- Any activity that may harm, disrupt, or overload Aenon’s systems or third-party networks.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Third-Party Providers
Aenon partners with licensed third-party providers to issue cards and process payments.
These partners operate independently and are responsible for their own compliance, security, and transaction processing.
Aenon does not control or guarantee the performance of such providers and shall not be liable for their actions, omissions, or service interruptions.
By using our Services, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of these third-party providers.
8. Fees and Pricing
The following fees apply to the Services provided by Aenon:
- Card Issuance Fee: USD 50 (one-time, charged on first top-up).
- Card Deposit Fee: 3.5% of the deposited amount.
- Swap Fee: 3% per transaction.
No hidden or recurring fees are charged by Aenon.
Third-party network fees (e.g. blockchain gas fees) may apply and are outside Aenon’s control.
Aenon reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided within the Telegram channel or on the website.
9. Risk Disclaimer
Aenon does not provide financial or investment advice.
The use of digital assets carries inherent risks, including potential technical failures or third-party disruptions.
While Aenon only supports stablecoins (USDT and USDC), their stability and value depend on their respective issuers. Aenon makes no guarantees or representations regarding their long-term stability, liquidity, or redemption.
You acknowledge that you use Aenon’s Services at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Aenon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
- Aenon does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation of the Services.
- Aenon’s total cumulative liability to any User shall not exceed 10% of the total Fees paid by that User within the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and Termination
Aenon may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Your account poses a risk to Aenon’s systems or reputation.
Users may close their accounts at any time through the application or by contacting support.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease immediately. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
12. Amendments
Aenon reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect upon publication on the official website or in the Telegram application.
Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
