How do I create my Aenon account?
Creating your Aenon account takes just a few minutes.
Open our official Telegram bot, sign up with your Telegram account, and your wallet is instantly generated. You can also use our web app wallet.aenon-card.com
How long does it take to get my card?
Your virtual card is created instantly after your first top up to cover the issuing fee.
What information is required for verification?
We only require light verification: name and email or phone number depending how you access our mini-app. We keep those information private.
Can I have multiple cards or wallets?
Yes you can create multiple cards for different purposes: travel, business, or subscriptions. All your cards stay connected to the same Aenon wallet for easy management.
You can create another account using a different Telegram number or a different email (for web app).
In which countries is Aenon available?
Aenon is available in over 130 countries, across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Some regional restrictions may apply, we recommend to check availability directly in the app when setting up your card.
Is there any fees?
Fees apply only when you issue a card and add funds. Our pricing adapts to your usage and volume.

What currencies and assets can I top up with?
You can add funds in stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, and convert them instantly into Euros or Dollars for everyday spending.
How long does a top-up take?
Top-ups with crypto are usually processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Delay may vary depending on the network.
Are there any minimum or maximum limits?
No, our virtual cards are limitless.You can top up and spend freely without any cap.
What fees apply when adding funds?
Top-ups include a small, transparent fee of 3,5%. There are no spending, monthly or hidden additional fees.
Using your card
Where can I use my Aenon card?
You can use your Aenon card anywhere Mastercard is accepted, online, in-store, or for subscriptions.
It works in 130+ countries, in both EUR and USD, with seamless global coverage.
Can I use it with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, Aenon cards integrate natively with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once added, you can pay contactless in-store or online, just like with any traditional card.
Does it work for online subscriptions or travel bookings?
Yes your Aenon card works for most online payments, including platforms like Netflix, Amazon, or Booking.
However, some services such as ChatGPT or Zoom may not support prepaid or virtual cards, depending on their payment policies.
How can I freeze or block my card?
You can instantly freeze your card from the Telegram app at any time. This gives you total control if you notice unusual activity.

How does the Aenon Wallet work?
Aenon wallet is a non-custodial digital wallet, you stay in full control of your funds at all times.
It lets you store, send, and manage your assets securely while connecting seamlessly with your Aenon Card for daily spending.
Which blockchains are supported?
Aenon currently supports five major networks: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, Polygon, and Solana*.
You can choose your preferred network when topping up or sending funds.
For now Solana is only available for swapping feature.
Can I hold different assets in my wallet?
Yes you can hold and manage USDT and USDC stablecoins, across the supported blockchains.
Your balance updates in real time for each network.
Can I connect external wallets?
No, external wallets cannot be connected directly within the Aenon app. However, you can transfer funds manually from any compatible wallet using the supported blockchain networks.

Is my data secure?
Yes all data and transactions are encrypted. We apply end-to-end encryption and advanced fraud detection to ensure your information remains private and protected.
What kind of verification do you require?
We use light verification, only your name and phone number or email to start.
This keeps onboarding fast while ensuring compliance with basic anti-fraud regulations.
Does Aenon have access to my funds?
No. Aenon is a non-custodial solution, which means you remain the sole owner of your assets. We never hold or control your funds, all transactions are processed through licensed third-party providers.
Aenon regulated as a financial institution?
Aenon is not a bank or an exchange. Our cards and payment services are issued through licensed financial partners that comply with international standards and regulations.
What should I do if I notice suspicious activity?
Immediately freeze your card from the Telegram app and contact Aenon Support. Our team will secure your account, investigate the issue, and issue a new virtual card if necessary.
